Algonquin Grace Residential Hospice is not just a building- it is a home. It is a home that was built for our community. It is the place our residents call home for the last moments of their life. It is a home where family and friends can spend precious time with their loved one. Within this home high-quality, end-of-life care is provided to members of our local community at no cost to our residents or their families. We have skilled registered nurses and personal support workers providing symptom management and supportive care to both residents and families throughout the dying process twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. And just like a home, there are utilities to pay and maintenance work to upkeep to ensure the continued operation of this important community service. This home is built on a foundation of care. We want to ensure that we continue this community service not only for today, but for our future generations.
